Fat: 73.72g | Prot: 222.03g | Carb: 133.28g.   Breakfast:  instant oatmeal, greek yogurt fage, blueberries, spinach, muscle milk. Lunch:  cranberry juice, muscle milk. Dinner:  butter, broccoli, salmon kirkland. Snacks/Other:  organic peanut butter trader joe, dark chocolate pound trader joes.
