Fat: 118.14g | Prot: 98.07g | Carb: 220.93g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, Smucker's Natural Chunky Peanut Butter, Cream (Half & Half). Lunch:  Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Turkey Breast Meat, Sesame Oil. Dinner:  Cheeseburger with 1/4 Lb Meat on Bun, Potato French Fries, Ketchup. Snacks/Other:  Polly-O Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks, Hershey's Krackel Miniatures, Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Miniatures (1), Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies.
