Fat: 90.03g | Prot: 85.65g | Carb: 169.92g.   Breakfast:  roasted carrots, roasted cauliflower, smoked salmon. Lunch:  chicken rice soup, roasted chicken. Dinner:  mushroom soup, sausage. Snacks/Other:  almond butter, chia, flax , Milk Chocolate M&M's (Package), oats, split peas, sugar cookies, unsweetened chocolate.
