Fat: 82.59g | Prot: 60.64g | Carb: 166.10g.   Breakfast:  blueberry, chobani pineapple, coffee International delight chocolate caramel, Organic Chia Seeds. Lunch:  grilled salmon, lettuce salad with carrots tomato cucumber, newman's own dressing balsamic. Dinner:  chicken enchilada, chicken taco, guacamole, horchata. Snacks/Other:  almonds, cinnmaon bar cookie with chocolate and nuts, clementine, dark chocolate dove promises.
