Fat: 57.48g | Prot: 38.19g | Carb: 88.85g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Multigrain Whole Wheat Waffles, Pancake Syrup. Lunch:  blackberry, grains first crackers, Grapefruit, kiwi fruit, Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, pineapple, Strawberries. Dinner:  Barbecued Beef Shortribs with Sauce (Lean and Fat Eaten), carrots, lettuce salad with avocado, Pinot Noir Wine, Potatoes (Flesh, Without Salt, Baked), snow peas.
