Fat: 89.34g | Prot: 116.27g | Carb: 270.74g.   Breakfast:  Grapefruit (Pink and Red), orange juice, Peanut Butter, Toasted Rye Bread. Lunch:  cream of asparagus soup, garden salad with grilled chicken. Dinner:  Pizza with Meat and Vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk.
