Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Deli Style Coleslaw, Sweet Potato (without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Tomatoes, Victoria Sponge. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Almonds, Bacon Sizzler Crisps, Flapjack, Hot Chocolate Drink, Red Table Wine.
