Fat: 133.06g | Prot: 63.75g | Carb: 124.81g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Cantaloupe, Pineapple. Lunch:  Pumpkin Seeds, Sri Lankan Chicken Soup. Dinner:  Egg Omelette, Fruit Salad Pineapple, Melon, Strawberry and Grape, Watercress. Snacks/Other:  90% Dark Chocolate, Almonds, White Chocolate.
