Fat: 84.89g | Prot: 119.23g | Carb: 271.30g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Honey Cheerios. Lunch:  1% Fat Milk, Apricot Wheats, Crisps, Mayonnaise, Sweetcorn, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), White, White Bread (Home Recipe or Bakery), White Rice. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk).
