Fat: 64.91g | Prot: 87.64g | Carb: 264.48g.   Breakfast:  All-Bran, Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Blueberries. Lunch:  Whole Wheat Bread, Fried Egg with Fat, Smooth No Bits. Dinner:  Penne, Korma Sauce, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Crisps. Snacks/Other:  Frusli, Original Thin Sourdough Rye Crispbread, Grated Cheddar Cheese, 1% Fat Milk, White Table Wine, Poppets Mint.
