Fat: 61.50g | Prot: 58.63g | Carb: 146.13g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Weetabix. Lunch:  Butter, Cooked Carrots, Egg Omelette or Scrambled Egg, Sour Cream, Swede. Dinner:  Hand-Battered Fish, Chips & Peas with Tartare Sauce. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Apples, Brown Sugar, Cappuccino.
