Fat: 16.61g | Prot: 31.54g | Carb: 93.79g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Weetabix. Lunch:  1% Fat Milk, Weetabix. Dinner:  Outdoor Bred Pork Sausages, Wholemeal Pitta. Snacks/Other:  Choc Mint Instant Hot Chocolate Drink, Coffee with Milk and Sugar.
