Fat: 47.34g | Prot: 58.87g | Carb: 164.64g.   Breakfast:  Weetabix, Apple Juice, 1% Fat Milk. Lunch:  Lasagna with Meat, Rocket, Cheese Scone, Butter. Dinner:  Original Thin Sourdough Rye Crispbread, Light or Lite Cream Cheese. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Choc Mint Instant Hot Chocolate Drink.
