Fat: 29.39g | Prot: 86.29g | Carb: 150.84g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Fromage Frais, Weetabix. Lunch:  Breakfast Bar, Fromage Frais, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Multigrain Crispbread, Roasted Grilled or Baked Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Tomato Chutney. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless, Lean Only). Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Choc Mint Instant Hot Chocolate Drink, Coffee with Milk, Lychee, Port Wine, Whipped Cream (Pressurised).
