Getting my BF % measured today. Hoping it will be in the mid 30s rather than in the 40s. Aim to get it down to 23%.

Fat: 48.15g | Prot: 71.92g | Carb: 169.12g.   Breakfast:  Plain Yogurt (Whole Milk), White Bread, Low fat spread. Lunch:  Wheat English Muffins, Egg. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Carrots, Cooked Turnip, Cooked Parsnips (Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), French Beans. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Dried Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels, Fruit Smoothie (made with Fruit or Fruit Juice only), Choc Mint Instant Hot Chocolate Drink.
