Fat: 46.00g | Prot: 66.05g | Carb: 133.75g.   Breakfast:  Clementine, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt with Super Fruits, Real Dairy Creamer - French Vanilla, Sugar. Lunch:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Fat Free Caesar Italian Dressing, Vegetable Soup (Canned, Condensed). Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Granny Smith Apple, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Quinoa, Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Hard Cooked Peeled Eggs, Soybeans (Mature Seeds, Steamed, Cooked), Whole Milk.
