Fat: 31.04g | Prot: 92.51g | Carb: 81.11g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg. Lunch:  gala apple, luna bar. Dinner:  Broccoli, snapper. Snacks/Other:  fish spread, Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Red Table Wine, Vodka, Whole Wheat Crackers.
