Fat: 31.04g | Prot: 92.51g | Carb: 81.11g.   Breakfast:  Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Coffee with Cream. Lunch:  luna bar, gala apple. Dinner:  snapper, Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Vodka, fish spread, Whole Wheat Crackers, Red Table Wine.
