i just started on hormone replacement 4 days ago... gained 17 pounds in 2 months. this is a start of getting that weight off so I can feel like myself ...

Fat: 15.25g | Prot: 42.82g | Carb: 93.34g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), White Table Wine. Lunch:  Clementines. Dinner:  Buttermilk Pancakes, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Potatoes and/or Onions (Tortilla Espanola, Traditional Style Spanish Omelet). Snacks/Other:  Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Red Table Wine, Vodka, Vodka.
