Fat: 44.25g | Prot: 65.00g | Carb: 250.50g.   Breakfast:  country crock calcium, thomas plain bagel. Lunch:  green giant healthy weight, roasted vegetable crackers. Dinner:  panera bbq chopped chicken salad, panera side, panera wild berry smoothie. Snacks/Other:  hersheys kiss.
