Fat: 22.71g | Prot: 62.12g | Carb: 204.22g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Cranberry-Grape Juice (Bottled), Water. Lunch:  Corner Greek Style - Strawberry, Fruit Cup. Dinner:  Cucumber (with Peel), Fat Free Yogurt, Roasted Root Vegetables, Steamed or Poached Salmon. Snacks/Other:  Great Grains Protein, Vanilla Soy Milk.
