Fat: 52.83g | Prot: 93.65g | Carb: 16.31g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg, Coffee, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Whipping Cream. Lunch:  chicken breast, tomato, cucumber, spinach, ranch dressing. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Yellow Summer Squash, Onions, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Splenda No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Coffee, Hard-Boiled Egg, Jell-O Sugar Free Strawberry Gelatin, Whipped Cream (Pressurized).
