Fat: 64.34g | Prot: 95.16g | Carb: 19.79g.   Breakfast:  coffee, splenda packet, Cream (Half & Half). Lunch:  cucumber, spinach, ranch dressing, Tomatoes, bacon chopped, egg, red pepper. Dinner:  chicken breast, broccoli, cheddar cheese, red pepper.
