Lunch:  Buttermilk Ranch Dressing & Dip, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cucumber (Peeled), Spinach, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Peanuts, Sugar Free Black Cherry, Whipped Heavy Cream (Unsweetened).
