Fat: 90.10g | Prot: 91.37g | Carb: 17.33g.   Breakfast:  egg, coffee, half and half, milk 2%, splenda packet. Lunch:  muenster, ham deli, deli chicken, tomato. Dinner:  ground beef, colby slice, bacon, coffee, sweet n low, half and half. Snacks/Other:  green pepper, cream cheese, egg.
