Fat: 28.89g | Prot: 60.35g | Carb: 93.53g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Light Chocolate Milk Protein Shake (8.25 oz). Lunch:  Carrots, Celery, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Low Fat Refried Black Beans, Nabisco Ritz Crackers Nabisco. Dinner:  Breaded Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Brown Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Normandy Style Vegetable Blend.
