Fat: 76.38g | Prot: 118.14g | Carb: 305.20g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Fried Egg, Half & Half, Light Butter. Lunch:  Caramelized Onion & Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce, Ground Beef, Vermicelli. Dinner:  Ground Meat, Light Beer, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Vermicelli. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Avocados, Cheerios, Cherry Tomatoes, Italian Salad Dressing, Pinot Noir Wine, Premium Original Saltine Crackers, Thin Sliced Turkey Breast.
