Fat: 28.39g | Prot: 78.07g | Carb: 115.83g.   Breakfast:  frozen Berries, unsweetened coconut milk beverage, coffee, Kale (Frozen), Mega Men Sport Dietary Supplement. Lunch:  asparagus, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, salad dressing, salmon. Snacks/Other:  apple, quest protein bar.
