Fat: 53.77g | Prot: 118.38g | Carb: 130.15g.   Breakfast:  coffee, Mega Men Sport Dietary Supplement, frozen Berries, unsweetened coconut milk beverage, Cooked Spinach (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Lunch:  tilapia, spinach, parmesan cheese, sauvignon blanc. Dinner:  quest bar, raw almonds, ezekiel bread, white bean hummus.
