Fat: 48.83g | Prot: 36.35g | Carb: 142.36g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Oroweat Sandwich thins, Sargento Ultar thin Swiss cheese, Clementine, banana, centrum. Lunch:  Asian slaw, Rice Vinegar, honey, soy sauce, Diet Coke. Dinner:  Chicken Parmigiana, Romanos bread, butter, Diet Coke.
