Fat: 72.23g | Prot: 38.27g | Carb: 217.38g.   Breakfast:  porridge, tomato bread, light butter. Lunch:  sunflower seeds, soya sauce, olives, salad, brie, sundried tomatoes, beetroot, cucumber, onions. Dinner:  sweet potato, butternut squash, celery, onion, garlic, cinnamon, salt, Brown Bread, sunflower oil, cheese. Snacks/Other:  jaffa cakes, tea, red wine.
