Fat: 72.23g | Prot: 38.27g | Carb: 217.38g.   Breakfast:  light butter, porridge, tomato bread. Lunch:  beetroot, brie, cucumber, olives, onions, salad, soya sauce, sundried tomatoes, sunflower seeds. Dinner:  Brown Bread, butternut squash, celery, cheese, cinnamon, garlic, onion, salt, sunflower oil, sweet potato. Snacks/Other:  jaffa cakes, red wine, tea.
