Fat: 86.64g | Prot: 71.16g | Carb: 303.32g.   Breakfast:  light butter, porridge, toast. Lunch:  cheese, cous cous, kidney beans, olives, soya sauce, sunflower seeds. Dinner:  beans, onion rings, spicy wedges. Snacks/Other:  pancake, tea, toblerone.
