Fat: 77.75g | Prot: 70.05g | Carb: 198.92g.   Breakfast:  beans, bread brown, butter, fried eggs, tea. Lunch:  brie, gherkins, olives, salad, soya sauce, sunflower seeds. Dinner:  almonds, canned tomatoes, cannelllini beans, cauliflower, cheese, cranberry beans, white baguette. Snacks/Other:  jaffa cakes, milk, tea.
