Fat: 40.37g | Prot: 76.81g | Carb: 152.48g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream, fage greek yogurt, blueberries, honey, crepes. Lunch:  chicken leg. Dinner:  rice , yangtze bbq pork, costco rotiserie chicken. Snacks/Other:  dark chocolate, sangria.
