Fat: 55.62g | Prot: 83.77g | Carb: 114.35g.   Breakfast:  Coffee with Cream, foster farms chicken wing. Lunch:  cheddar cheese, chobani yogurt bite, starbucks mocha frapaccino, tomato and pepper soup. Dinner:  creamed spinach, mushrooms, olive oil, salmon. Snacks/Other:  kashi chocolate brownie, tea.
