Fat: 70.77g | Prot: 96.91g | Carb: 228.84g.   Breakfast:  banana nut crunch post, Chicken Biscuit, skim milk. Lunch:  chicken, chip, honeydew, tuna salad on wheat toast. Dinner:  american slice cheese, cream of musroon soup, fold it, grapefruit, ham lunch meat, saltine crakers. Snacks/Other:  whiskey.
