Fat: 65.08g | Prot: 52.20g | Carb: 176.07g.   Breakfast:  banana, blue diamond almond coconut milk, canned peaches, chia seeds, cuties, kale, plumrose bacon, spinach. Lunch:  avocado roll. Dinner:  hass avocado, kroger boil in a bag brown rice, red onion, rib eye steak, tomato. Snacks/Other:  2% milk, fiber one chocolate chip cookie, fiber one honey clusters, frigo string cheese, hershey kisses with almond, kashi dark chocolate coconut.
