Dinner: hass avocado, kroger boil in a bag brown rice, red onion, rib eye steak, tomato. Snacks/Other: 2% milk, fiber one chocolate chip cookie, fiber one honey clusters, frigo string cheese, hershey kisses with almond, kashi dark chocolate coconut.
