Fat: 48.42g | Prot: 64.57g | Carb: 221.31g.   Breakfast:  kashi cereal, banana, yogurt activia, smart bran nature's path. Lunch:  carrots, celery, chicken breast. Dinner:  whole wheat bread, italian sausage, bok choy. Snacks/Other:  sambuca romana, mocha cappucino nescafe.
