Fat: 30.01g | Prot: 116.05g | Carb: 211.56g.   Breakfast:  egg, wholegrain flax dempsters. Lunch:  tuna pita pita pit. Dinner:  broccoli, carrots, celery, chicken breast, orzo noodels. Snacks/Other:  Lemonade, pear, Vodka.
