Fat: 130.46g | Prot: 62.08g | Carb: 227.98g.   Breakfast:  organic cinnamon harvest Kashi. Lunch:  egg, sausage links perkins, dark toast perkins, spinach, coconut sugar. Dinner:  whole grain bread dempsters, butter spread earth balance, chicken pot pie. Snacks/Other:  Brandy, Fuji Apples, carrots, caramel candies, whole wheat pizza.
