Fat: 130.46g | Prot: 62.08g | Carb: 227.98g.   Breakfast:  organic cinnamon harvest Kashi. Lunch:  coconut sugar, dark toast perkins, egg, sausage links perkins, spinach. Dinner:  butter spread earth balance, chicken pot pie, whole grain bread dempsters. Snacks/Other:  Brandy, caramel candies, carrots, Fuji Apples, whole wheat pizza.
