Fat: 127.00g | Prot: 138.60g | Carb: 44.33g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Heavy Cream, No Calorie Sweetener, Fried Egg, Original Fresh Pork Sausage Links. Lunch:  Caesar Dressing, Crumbled Bacon, Green Olives, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Skinless Chicken Breast, Parmesan Garlic Sauce, swiss cheese, deli ham, turkey deli meat. Dinner:  Cauliflower & Cheese Sauce, Tilapia (Fish), Green bean casserole. Snacks/Other:  Chicken dip, Celery, Great value drink mix, Pistachio, Atkins.
