Fat: 50.12g | Prot: 56.36g | Carb: 124.00g.   Breakfast:  coffee, half and half, bagel thin Nature's Own, shed's spread, cheddar cheese, smuckers sugar free strawberry jam. Lunch:  apple, cheddar cheese. Dinner:  wheat sandwich thin Natures Own, Ground chuck steak, low fat mayonaise kraft, ketchup, kraft lite ranch with cheese dressing, idaho potato, low fat sour cream, tomato. Snacks/Other:  ice cream sandwich skinny cow.
