Fat: 88.33g | Prot: 102.32g | Carb: 102.00g.   Breakfast:  coffee, eggs, soy milk . Lunch:  feta cheese, grated cheese, green tea, mayo, peanut oil, spinach, tofu, turkey. Dinner:  Lentil Soup with Vegetables, spinach. Snacks/Other:  cayenne pepper, celery, laughing cow baby bel light cheese, peanut, pepper, raw almond, seasoning salt, trader joes greek yogurt.
