Fat: 88.33g | Prot: 102.32g | Carb: 102.00g.   Breakfast:  eggs, coffee, soy milk . Lunch:  mayo, tofu, turkey, grated cheese, feta cheese, peanut oil, spinach, green tea. Dinner:  Lentil Soup with Vegetables, spinach. Snacks/Other:  laughing cow baby bel light cheese, trader joes greek yogurt, seasoning salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, celery, peanut, raw almond.
