Fat: 13.15g | Prot: 35.73g | Carb: 229.74g.   Breakfast:  rice milk, Toasted Rye Bread. Lunch:  Cooked Pinto, Calico or Red Beans (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner:  beans, jam squash. Snacks/Other:  litchi, rice milk, sweet potatoe.
