Lunch:  apple, Chocolate Puddings, lentils, spaghetti. Dinner:  Gin and Tonic, Lemon Cake, Pasta with Meat Sauce, Pork, Pork Italian Sausage, Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Beer, dried apricots, Emmentaler in Scheiben, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean).
