Fat: 109.03g | Prot: 104.95g | Carb: 263.03g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Pink Grapefruit Juice, Breakfast Pastry, Jam Preserves. Lunch:  lentils, spaghetti, apple, Chocolate Puddings. Dinner:  Table Wine, Gin and Tonic, Pasta with Meat Sauce, Pork Italian Sausage, Pork, Lemon Cake. Snacks/Other:  dried apricots, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Emmentaler in Scheiben, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Beer.
