Fat: 127.85g | Prot: 136.18g | Carb: 309.09g.   Breakfast:  Pink Grapefruit Juice, Dried Cranberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Joghurt 0.1% fat. Lunch:  lentils, steak, onion, apple, olive oil. Dinner:  Ciabatta, cheese, wine, Beer, Pork Belly, Gin and Tonic, Couscous (Cooked), Broiled or Baked Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Meatless Spinach Quiche, Provolone Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, banana, dried apricots, Soft Granola Bars.
