Fat: 127.85g | Prot: 136.18g | Carb: 309.09g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dried Cranberries, Joghurt 0.1% fat, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Pink Grapefruit Juice. Lunch:  apple, lentils, olive oil, onion, steak. Dinner:  Beer, Broiled or Baked Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), cheese, Ciabatta, Couscous (Cooked), Gin and Tonic, Meatless Spinach Quiche, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Pork Belly, Provolone Cheese, wine. Snacks/Other:  banana, Bananas, dried apricots, Soft Granola Bars.
