Fat: 39.68g | Prot: 71.73g | Carb: 281.85g.   Breakfast:  Joghurt 0.1% fat, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Reduced Fat Milk, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Dried Apricots (Uncooked, Sulfured), Pink Grapefruit Juice. Lunch:  Carrots, Sweet Potato, Ciabatta, Whole Wheat Crackers, Gorgonzola Cheese, Oranges. Dinner:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Butter, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), tomato, apple, orange. Snacks/Other:  Apple.
