Fat: 39.68g | Prot: 71.73g | Carb: 281.85g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dried Apricots (Uncooked, Sulfured), Joghurt 0.1% fat, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Pink Grapefruit Juice, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Reduced Fat Milk. Lunch:  Carrots, Ciabatta, Gorgonzola Cheese, Oranges, Sweet Potato, Whole Wheat Crackers. Dinner:  apple, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Butter, orange, tomato. Snacks/Other:  Apple.
