Fat: 47.63g | Prot: 63.04g | Carb: 229.98g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Reduced Fat Milk, Cranberry Juice, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Dried Cranberries. Lunch:  Cubetti di Parmigiano, Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Spinach, Oranges, banana, grated cheese, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Dinner:  Sahne-Pudding Bourbon Vanille, Beer, potato and celery soup, whole grain bread roll, cod, banana. Snacks/Other:  Jelly Doughnut, Date.
