Fat: 47.63g | Prot: 63.04g | Carb: 229.98g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cranberry Juice, Dried Cranberries, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Reduced Fat Milk. Lunch: banana, Cubetti di Parmigiano, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, grated cheese, Oranges, Spinach, Whole Wheat Spaghetti. Dinner: banana, Beer, cod, potato and celery soup, Sahne-Pudding Bourbon Vanille, whole grain bread roll. Snacks/Other: Date, Jelly Doughnut.
