Fat: 25.32g | Prot: 69.17g | Carb: 211.31g.   Breakfast:  banana, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), cranberry juice, low fat yogurt, milk. Lunch:  apple, cod, olive oil, Roasted Peppers, tomato soup, whole wheat bread. Dinner:  asparagus, ciabatta, egg, orange. Snacks/Other:  carrot, tomato.
