Fat: 25.32g | Prot: 69.17g | Carb: 211.31g.   Breakfast:  low fat yogurt, banana, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), cranberry juice, milk. Lunch:  tomato soup, Roasted Peppers, whole wheat bread, olive oil, apple, cod. Dinner:  asparagus, egg, orange, ciabatta. Snacks/Other:  carrot, tomato.
