Fat: 58.34g | Prot: 69.91g | Carb: 326.88g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), cranberries, cranberry juice, low fat yogurt, milk, muesli. Lunch:  lentils, orange, pasta. Dinner:  apple, bread, chicory, italian sausage, persimmon. Snacks/Other:  almonds, banana, clementine.
