Fat: 158.48g | Prot: 178.92g | Carb: 27.64g.   Breakfast:  eggs, bacon. Lunch:  lettuce, cheddar, beetroot, water, steak. Dinner:  eggs, lettuce, mayo. Snacks/Other:  Pork Cracklings, atkins shake, Cappuccino Nut Bar, Advantage Chocolate Chip Granola Bar.
