Fat: 158.48g | Prot: 178.92g | Carb: 27.64g.   Breakfast:  bacon, eggs. Lunch:  beetroot, cheddar, lettuce, steak, water. Dinner:  eggs, lettuce, mayo. Snacks/Other:  Advantage Chocolate Chip Granola Bar, atkins shake, Cappuccino Nut Bar, Pork Cracklings.
